How we serve Surfside Beach
Surfside Beach homes are on Town of Surfside Beach curbside collection, and our routes follow it. We run the streets around the Surfside Pier, Glenns Bay Road and Surfside Drive, plus the side streets that connect them.
The truck comes from our Conway base in about 30 minutes, and there is no drive fee. We typically reach your street a few hours after the town truck empties the cans, so the carts are clean by afternoon.
Surfside Beach is small, about 4,500 residents, and a large share of the houses are rentals. Blocks are short and lots are narrow, so the carts sit close together and close to the street.
You do not need to be home. We wash each can at the curb, put it back, and text a photo of the clean carts.
Rentals and second homes
Surfside Beach has a very high density of rental homes for its size. A single block can hold several properties that turn over the same Saturday. Owners and managers want cans that are clean for the next guests and proof that the work was done.
The rental host plan is built for that. We time the clean to your turnover and trash days, and every visit ends with a photo. Managers with several homes can book them together and keep the schedule in one place.
Owners who live elsewhere and visit in summer can book by address. Nobody has to be home, and cans are clean when the family arrives.
Trash day, storms and summer heat
Streets near the Surfside Pier get salt air and sand on lids, hinges and wheels. We wash all three. Glenns Bay Road and Surfside Drive run through quieter residential blocks where cans often sit under carports and stay warm.
Summer heat is the main problem here, and food waste from vacation weeks makes it worse. The summer plan cleans every two weeks from June through September, then moves to monthly or stops.
Before a storm, move carts to a garage or fence line. After it passes, tell us if they were tossed, and we clean them where we find them. Prices are on our pricing page.
