Privacy policy
Last updated October 2, 2026
This policy explains what Carolina Can Solutions collects when you book or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Your name, service address, ZIP, mobile number, email, trash day and any notes you add when you book. We also keep the photos we take of your cans after each clean. If you visit our website, we may collect basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you view.
How we use it
To schedule cleanings, text your photo, send invoices and answer questions. We use the address and trash day to build routes. We do not sell your information.
Text messages
By booking you agree to receive service texts from (843) 222-0207: scheduling, photos and reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your plan. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything beyond the photo and scheduling messages that are part of the service.
Who we share it with
Only the services we use to run the business, such as our scheduling, texting and payment providers, and only what they need to do their job. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Photos of your cans
We take a photo of your cans after each clean so you can see the result. We may use before and after photos on this website only if the cans and property cannot identify you or if you have agreed. We do not photograph people.
How long we keep it
While you are a customer and for a reasonable period after, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices
Call or text (843) 222-0207 to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop texts.
