HOA trash can cleaning with community pricing at ten homes
Most households will not call a cleaning service on their own, but plenty will say yes when the neighbor does. That is how community pricing works. When ten or more homes in one HOA or on one street sign up, every one of those homes gets the community rate, from $18 per home per month (sample), instead of the single-home price.
The ten homes do not have to be organized by the board. A group of neighbors can do it, a property manager can do it for a set of homes, or an HOA can send the offer to members in its newsletter. We count the homes, confirm the rate and set up one route day for the street.
Each home stays in control of its own plan. A resident can cancel by replying to a text or calling us, and there is no contract. If the count falls below ten, we tell you what that does to the rate before anything changes. Ask us how a community change is handled.
Single homes outside a group follow our regular posted pricing, so a neighbor who is not ready to join can still be cleaned on the same day at the standard rate. Ask us to confirm that for your community.
One route day for the whole neighborhood
A street is simple to serve when every can is already at the curb. We clean after the hauler empties the cans, and the truck moves house to house, about three minutes per can. A cul-de-sac of twelve homes with one trash cart each is a short stop, and larger communities are scheduled by street.
Collection differs across Horry County. Carolina Forest has Horry County roll cart routes and HOA-managed collection, while inland neighborhoods in Conway use City of Conway collection. Because the clean follows your collection day, the first step is knowing it. Our guide to finding your trash day in Horry County points to the City of Conway, the City of Myrtle Beach and the Horry County Solid Waste Authority.
Residents do not need to be home. They put their cans at the curb after pickup, and we set them back where each home keeps them. Residents get the same photo by text as any single-home customer, so nobody needs to wonder whether their can was done.
Wastewater is captured in a holding tank on the truck and disposed of at an approved site, so nothing goes into the neighborhood drains.
Neighborhood bin cleaning and the invoice option
Some boards prefer to pay for the whole community and keep the residents out of it. Others want each home to be billed on its own. We can talk through either approach, including an invoice option for the HOA or property manager. Ask us how it would work for your community before you decide.
If your community includes rental homes, the owners can choose the rental host plan for those properties instead. Homes with a smell problem during hot months can look at the summer plan, which cleans every two weeks from June through September.
For the board, the useful parts are plain: one contact, one route day, one set of photos and a guarantee. If a can is not clean and odor-free when we leave, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and clean it again at no charge.

Questions from HOAs and neighbors
Ten or more homes in one community or on one street. Once ten sign up, every home gets the community rate of $18 per home per month (sample). Ask us about smaller groups and we will tell you what applies.
Not always. Neighbors can sign up together on their own, and a board can promote it to members. Check your own covenants for any rules about vendors on community property, since that is between you and your HOA.
There is an invoice option for HOAs and property managers. Ask us how it would work for your community, and tell us whether the board or each resident should be billed.
Any resident can cancel by replying to a text or calling (843) 222-0207. There is no contract. We tell you how a cancellation affects the community count before anything changes.
The route works best when most homes share a collection day, because we clean after the hauler empties the cans. If your street is split across days, tell us and we plan the route around it.
Ask about community pricing
Tell us the street or community name and roughly how many homes are interested. We reply with the rate and a route day.
