How we serve Forestbrook
Forestbrook is unincorporated Horry County, and about 5,000 people live here. Homes are on Horry County roll cart routes. We run Forestbrook Road, the stretch of Highway 544 that passes through, and the neighborhoods on the Waccamaw River side.
From our Conway base the truck reaches Forestbrook in about 20 minutes, with no drive fee. We usually arrive a few hours after the hauler empties your cans. Because the drive is short, your cans are often clean by early afternoon.
You do not have to be home. Leave the empty cans at the curb. We wash each one inside and out with 200-degree water, sanitize the lid, hinge and wheels, and put it back where you keep it. Then we text a photo of the clean cans.
River-side neighborhoods and shaded lots
Many Forestbrook lots sit under tall trees near the Waccamaw River. Shade helps keep cans cooler, but leaves, pine needles and pollen still end up in the bottom of a cart. Wet debris breaks down into a sour smell faster than most people expect.
We capture all wastewater in a holding tank on the truck and take it to an approved disposal site. That matters near the river, because storm drains in Horry County feed the Waccamaw and the Intracoastal Waterway. None of our rinse water goes into them.
If your cans sit at the end of a gravel drive, we clean them where they sit, as long as the empty cart is reachable.
Highway 544, neighbors and routes
Highway 544 is the road we use to reach most Forestbrook addresses, and it connects us to Socastee and Carolina Forest as well. That keeps neighboring streets on the same route day.
Ask a neighbor or two to book as well. When ten or more homes in a community sign up, every home pays from $18 (sample) per month and we run one route day for the group.
Not sure which day Horry County collects on your street? Check with Horry County Solid Waste Authority, or choose "Not sure" on the booking form and we look it up. See pricing for plan details.
