Trash can cleaning for Grand Strand rental hosts
A cleaning plan timed to your turnover and trash days, with a photo after every visit for your records.

Every clean includes
- Inside and outside wash at 200 degrees, ready for the next guests
- Lid, hinge and wheel wash, where beach sand and drink spills collect
- Hospital-grade sanitizer, biodegradable
- Deodorizer that lasts through the next stay
- Wastewater captured in our truck, never rinsed into the storm drain
- Cans returned to the spot the guests use, or where you tell us
- Photo by text after every clean, saved for your records
Vacation rental trash can cleaning timed to your turnovers
A rental can has a harder life than a household can. A family of eight fills it in four days, the bags sit in July heat, and a new group arrives on Saturday expecting a clean property. Guests notice a smell at the curb before they notice the kitchen, and they write about it.
The rental host plan is built around that rhythm. You tell us the property address, your trash day and your usual turnover days, and we set the clean for the window after the hauler empties the cans and before the next check-in. The plan covers up to two cans per property, which fits most rental homes, and the price is $35 per clean (sample).
Our truck leaves the Conway base each morning and typically reaches a street within a few hours after the hauler empties the cans. You do not need to meet us, and guests do not need to be told. If your property uses a lockbox or a gated driveway, ask us how to handle access before your first clean.
Because the plan follows your calendar rather than ours, a busy summer stretch can mean a clean every week, while a slow month in winter can mean one. Tell us how you want it set up when you book the rental host plan.
Grand Strand rental hosts: Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Surfside and Garden City
Short-term rentals cluster along the coast, and the trash systems differ from town to town. North Myrtle Beach, from Barefoot Resort to Cherry Grove, is served by City of North Myrtle Beach curbside collection. Surfside Beach, around the Surfside Pier and Glenns Bay Road, is served by the Town of Surfside Beach. Garden City, along Atlantic Avenue and Business 17, is on Horry County roll cart routes, and Myrtle Beach follows City of Myrtle Beach collection.
Check your own trash day with the right office. Your pickup day is not something we guess, and we clean after your hauler, whoever that is. Our guide on finding your trash day in Horry County lists where to look it up.
The price is the same across the Grand Strand, with no drive fee, so a rental in Garden City costs what one in Conway would. If you manage several properties, each one is its own $35 clean (sample) at the same rate. If you also run an owner-occupied home or a long-term rental, those cans can go on a monthly plan instead.
Beach rentals pick up salt air, sand and sunscreen residue along with the usual food waste. The wash handles all of it, and the hinge and wheel wash matters because that is where the grit packs in.
Photo proof for owners, managers and guest reviews
Every clean ends with a photo texted to you. For a host, that photo does a second job. If an owner asks whether the cans were handled, you can show them. If a guest complains about the curb, you can check the date of the last clean. Nothing else in your turnover routine produces a record that quickly.
The photo shows the finished cans at the spot where we set them back. It is a record of the visit, not a promise about what guests do to the can afterward, and we do not claim it is a substitute for guest instructions. A sign inside the garage or a line in the welcome book still helps.
If a can is not clean and odor-free when we leave, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and clean it again at no charge. There is no contract. You cancel by replying to any text or calling us, which suits properties you may list, pause or sell.
For cans with a lingering smell between stays, see our page on odor removal.

Questions from rental hosts
Up to two cans per property for $35 per clean (sample). Most rental homes have one trash cart and one recycling cart. If a property has more, ask us and we will tell you what it adds before the first clean.
We time the clean to your turnover and trash days, after the hauler empties the cans. Tell us your usual check-out and check-in days when you book, and we plan around them. Confirm timing for tight turnovers with us first.
No. Cans at the curb after pickup are all we need. If the cans live behind a gate or inside a garage, tell us where they go and we set them back there. We text a photo when we finish.
We set any bag aside, clean the can and put the bag back in. Do not rely on us to haul trash away. Your hauler handles that, so remind guests to bag trash and use the right day.
Yes. There is no contract, so you can cancel by replying to any of our texts or calling (843) 222-0207. Ask us to adjust the schedule when bookings slow.
