These terms cover Carolina Can Solutions plans for trash can and recycling cart cleaning in Horry County, South Carolina. By booking, you agree to them.
Our service
We clean, sanitize and deodorize trash and recycling carts at the curb, using 200-degree water, and we text a photo when we finish. Wastewater is captured in our truck and disposed of at an approved site.
Scheduling and access
We clean on your trash day, after your hauler has emptied the carts. Please leave carts at the curb and bag any trash left inside. We cannot clean carts we cannot reach, so tell us about gates, locks or carts kept in a garage.
Missed cleanings
If a storm, a route change or a truck problem means we cannot clean on your scheduled day, we will text you. If we miss a cleaning for any other reason, contact us and we will schedule the next available day.
Cancellation
There is no contract. Monthly and quarterly plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel by replying to any of our texts or by calling (843) 222-0207.
Our 48-hour promise
If your cans are not clean and odor-free when we leave, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and clean them again at no charge.
Payment
Plan prices are posted on our pricing page. We will confirm how to pay when we schedule your first visit. Commercial work is quoted by site.
Service area
We serve Horry County, South Carolina. Enter your ZIP on the service area page to check. If we cannot serve your address, we will tell you before your first visit.
Carts and property
We clean the carts you give us access to. We are not responsible for damage caused by a cart that was already cracked, broken or worn. Tell us about any known damage before the visit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing a plan after an update means you accept it.
