Plans and pricing

Prices are posted on the pricing page and apply in every Horry County town. These answers cover contracts, extra cans, skipped visits and our 48-hour promise.

No. Monthly and quarterly plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel by replying to any of our texts or calling (843) 222-0207.

Yes. Add your recycling cart to any plan for a small per-can fee. Sticky drink residue is one of the biggest causes of flies.

Tell us within 48 hours and we come back and clean them again at no charge.

We will confirm how to pay when we text you to set up your first visit. Prices are posted on the pricing page, there are no hidden fees, and you will know the amount before the first clean. Call (843) 222-0207 with any questions.

Yes. Reply to any of our texts or call before your trash day and we will skip that visit. If you are going to be away often, the every-3-months plan at $35 (sample) per visit may fit better.

Monthly is one clean a month at $25 (sample) for the first can. The summer plan is two cleans a month at $40 (sample), June through September, when heat builds odors and fly eggs fastest. It moves to monthly in October.

Service day

We clean on your trash day, after your hauler empties the cans. These answers cover timing, access, storms and what to leave at the curb.

No. Leave the cans at the curb and we handle the rest. We text you a photo of your clean cans when we finish.

On your trash day, after your hauler empties the cans. Our routes follow City of Myrtle Beach, City of Conway, City of North Myrtle Beach and Horry County collection days.

Bag anything left inside and set it next to the can. We set it aside, clean the can and put the bag back in.

All of Horry County, including Myrtle Beach, Conway, Carolina Forest, North Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, Socastee, Little River, Longs, Loris, Garden City, Forestbrook and Red Hill. Enter your ZIP on any page to check.

Reply to any of our texts or call (843) 222-0207 and tell us the new day. If your hauler changed your route, check with your city, town or the Horry County Solid Waste Authority, then let us know so we follow it.

Light rain does not stop us. If a storm disrupts pickup, we will text you with a new date. Before a hurricane, bring your cans into a garage or tie them down rather than leaving them at the curb.

Leave them at the curb after pickup, or tell us where they are and how to get in. We need to reach the cans to lift them onto the rig, so locked gates or garages need a note or a code from you.

Cleaning process

Hot water does most of the work, and the wastewater stays in the truck. These answers explain what happens to your can at the curb.

You leave your cans at the curb after the garbage truck empties them. Our truck pulls up, lifts each can onto a cleaning rig, washes the inside and outside with 200-degree water, sanitizes and deodorizes it, and sets it back where you keep it. It takes about three minutes per can and you do not need to be home.

Into a holding tank on our truck, not down your driveway or into the storm drain. Storm drains in Horry County feed the Waccamaw River and the Intracoastal Waterway, so we dispose of wastewater properly at an approved site.

Yes. The hot water does most of the work. The sanitizer and deodorizer we use are biodegradable and safe once dry, and none of the runoff reaches your lawn or driveway.

Look it over. If the cans look clean, you are done. If anything looks missed, or a smell remains, reply within 48 hours and we come back and clean them again at no charge. Landlords and HOAs often keep the photos for their records.

We can usually still wash it, but we cannot repair or replace it, and a cracked can may keep holding odor. Ask your hauler, HOA or the Horry County Solid Waste Authority about a replacement cart.

Rental hosts and communities get plans built around turnover days and shared route days. These answers cover how that works.

Yes. Our rental host plan is timed to your turnover and trash days, and every clean comes with a photo you can keep for your records.

Yes. When ten or more homes in one community sign up, every home gets community pricing and we clean the whole neighborhood on one route day.

Not necessarily. Every home gets community pricing when ten or more homes sign up, from $18 (sample) per home per month, but homes can choose their own cans and add recycling. We clean the whole neighborhood on one route day.

Yes. The rental host plan starts at $35 (sample) per clean per property, up to two cans, and can be timed to turnover days. Each clean comes with a photo you can send to the owner.
