Dumpster pad cleaning for restaurants, condos and offices

A dumpster pad collects what the dumpster leaks. Grease from kitchen bags, soda, spilled food and rainwater all end up in the same corner of the concrete, and in Horry County heat it starts to smell within a day or two. The smell reaches the back door, the parking lot and the neighbors.

We clean pads and enclosures for restaurants, condo communities, churches and offices across the county. A restaurant might need a pad visit every few weeks. A church might want one before a large event. A condo association might set a monthly schedule. Tell us your pad size, how often you need it and your pickup day, and we quote the visit.

Pricing is by site, not a flat rate. A pad visit starts from $125 (sample), and the quote depends on pad size, how much buildup there is and how often you want us. The cleaning does not replace your hauler. We clean the pad around the dumpster after it has been emptied or on a day that works with your service.

If your business also has roll carts, ask about commercial bin cleaning. One visit can cover the pad and the carts.

Wastewater capture: why it matters on a pad

The usual way to clean a pad is a pressure hose and a drain. That sends grease and food waste straight toward the storm drain, and storm drains in Horry County feed the Waccamaw River and the Intracoastal Waterway. Nothing from a pad should end up there.

Our truck carries a holding tank. The water we use on the pad is recovered into the tank and disposed of at an approved site. Grease and food waste do not wash across the lot, down the driveway or into the street. We tell you at the visit how we handle the drainage around your pad.

Capture matters for your own property too. Greasy runoff leaves stains on the lot and a slippery film at the edge of the enclosure. A pad that is cleaned and captured stays easier to walk on and easier to keep clean. We do not make claims about regulations or inspections. If your site has specific rules, ask us and check with your own property manager or local authority.

A clean pad is also less attractive to pests. Raccoons and flies go to the smell, and our guide on keeping raccoons and pests out of the trash explains why.

What a dumpster area cleaning visit looks like

You tell us the pad location and any access notes, such as a gate code or a shared lot. We arrive on the agreed day, usually in the morning, and the truck parks beside the enclosure. We do not need anyone from your staff on site.

Our team washes the pad with 200-degree water, works on the corners and drain edges where buildup collects, rinses the enclosure floor and walls and applies sanitizer and deodorizer. The wastewater is recovered as we go. The visit length depends on pad size, and we can give you a time window in the quote.

When we finish, we text a photo of the clean pad. For a restaurant, a condo manager or a church office, that photo is a simple record that the work was done. There is no contract. You can cancel a recurring schedule by replying to a text or calling (843) 222-0207.
